Christian Stars Ages - 13 thru 18 or after high school graduation. 12 year olds are accepted, but they cannot fully participate in all activities.

Our Goal/Mission: To provide an environment for our teens that motivate and educate, while fostering spiritual, physical, emotional and social growth according to the Bible (Luke 2:52); to instill in them the values needed to function as productive Christians in today’s society. We do this through classroom discussions (relevant teen topics), community service, fellowship and various outings as deemed necessary.

To reach our goal/mission the following has been instituted)

  • Meetings: every 1st and 3rd Sunday in lower auditorium youth room: (Counselors – 3pm, Youth – 4pm)
  • Dues: $2 per meeting (this helps to offset cost of events)
  • Quarterly Friday Night Fellowship (locations to be announced)
  • A Point System is in place to ensure youth participation.

Parental Support Include:

  • Ensuring your youth is present and prepared to participate in all youth activities.
  • Volunteering to car pool if and when necessary.
  • Opening your home for Friday Night fellowship.
  • Helping in fundraisers.

As parents, by supporting in the above situations this allows an opportunity to get to know all youth as well as participate and see what our youth are doing.

Youth Expectations:

  • Possess Christian characteristics and values.
  • Exhibit a well-disciplined attitude with an overall favorable report in attitude and conduct.
  • Make an effort to be spiritually focused.

  • Show a consistent willingness to participate in all or most Youth Group Activities.
  • Beware of Point System, chronic absences can prevent participation in programs and outings (recreation, spiritual and youth conferences)
